Sometimes people face issues some important email also received from the junk email folder on the outlook email client. In Outlook Email client by default, the Junk Email Filter is turned ON. The Junk Email Filter evaluates each incoming message based on any one of the following reasons:
- Anti-spam filter installed and enabled by Antivirus
- Senders Email IP address block list
- Email Subject or Content is Misleading (ex: Urgent, Purchase Order)
- Did not get permission from Recipients
- Unsubscribe link not provided in the newsletters
These are the reasons for the normal email also received from the Junk folder. The following steps guide you to prevent a normal email moved to the junk folder.
Option 1: Add Email Domain to Safelist
Select the email which you want to make as Not Junk.
Click on Junk -> Never Block Sender’s Domain (This email domain will be added to the safe list)
Then you must move the email to Inbox. In the future, it will be received from the inbox
Option 2: Removed Blocked Senders
Click the Junk -> Junk E-mail Options in the Delete section on the Home tab
Select the No Automatic Filtering. Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk E-mail folder option.
Now all email messages will be received regularly. However, those emails suspected to be spammed by the server are still moved to the Junk E-mail folder automatically, but not the Inbox folder. Emails from blocked email accounts/sender are also sent to the junk folder.
To clear the blocked sender’s list, follow the steps below.
In the Junk Email Options dialog, move to Blocked senders Tab
Here remove the email needs to unblock
Now, removed blocked sender email messages will be listed in the Inbox folder automatically.
